Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns unless damaged during shipping. Please check your order upon receipt and report all damages immediately. We are not responsible for damaged goods not reported within 48 hours. Call: 954 424 0254 or Toll Free: 888 330-5552

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after we receive them. Sometimes mistakes do happen, however, we make every attempt to avoid errors in product information, shipping and pricing. If a mistake does occur, please accept our apologies and give us a chance to correct it. After all, we are only human.

You can place your order on-line 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Orders received after 5:00 pm on Monday through Friday will be processed on the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday.

If we are temporarily out of stock, you will be notified accordingly.

We accept most major credit cards, prepaid check or money order. All returned checks are subject to $25.00 service charge.

Our standard shipping is UPS ground unless otherwise stipulated. Please allow additional time for custom and back orders. For an additional fee we will ship your package via express delivery. Please call for a price quote.

NOTE: Due the nature of our products, especially during the Summer months, we do not ship certain items on Fridays because it will be housed in UPS's unrefrigerated storage for two days.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to seasonal specials. Please check our Newsletter The Chattel House News for our monthly specials.

Ordering Policy

Custom Ordering
Our custom orders are to help meet your specific needs. If ordering soaps, please note that there is an additional cure time of four to six weeks for large loaves. (2 1/2 lbs, 4 lbs, 6 lbs) Please allow four to six weeks for custom ordered soaps.
